It all began several years ago, as my perfectly healthy spouse would get a secondary bronchitis every time he gets a simple sore throat or flu and as an MD, all I could do is just give him antibiotic when he goes in to bronchitis phase. So I started searching internet for an alternative remedy for flus and sore throats and learned that there is nothing available to get rid of the viral infections Even though we try to survive some 4-7 day course with just symptom relieving drugs, we know that those drugs does not actually shorten the course or remove the infection. Moreover, some of the viral infections lead to other pretty common complications like ear infections, sinus infections and even bronchitis needing antibiotics. There is no doubt that antibiotics save lives but knowing what they can do to our very much needed healthy bacteria, my strong desire is that we need to do what we can, to not to go there.

So, after several years of experimenting I came up with this simple and natural mixture to be used as Throat gargle at the hint of the very first symptom of flu or sore throat. The results were surprising. I did not expect this to work so well as to just abort the flu or other viral sore throats right away. I learned that you benefit the most if you use it earliest possible at the onset of the very first symptom like throat pain or throat uneasiness,scratchy throat,body aches etc . Since then my family and extended family members have not suffered a single episode of flu or sore throat that lasted more than a day or 2 and that is never more than mild. Same results now to my children as they learned to accept the strong flavor and learned to do actual gargling not just swissing! I of course offered this to many of my friends and family with the same great results.
